The Fund is a charitable/educational entity which has been granted tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible for Federal income tax purposes.

Financial Information

The financial records of the Fund are audited annually by a Certified Public Accountant as required by the Bylaws of the Fund. PricewaterhouseCoopers, performed the audit for the year ending December 31, 2005.
